Things we get asked

Home | Faq

With traditional camping there are usually a thousand and one things you’ll need answers to, like ‘where do I park my car?’, ‘where do I go when it rains and it’s cold?’, ‘how long must I queue for the toilets?’ or ‘where’s the nearest leisure centre so I can get a decent shower?’ At Hillside Havens you won’t need to ask these kinds of questions as all pods are like little homes from home. You won’t need to queue because you’ll you have your own private toilet. You won’t need the leisure centre because you have all the hot water you need in your own private shower room. And you won’t even have to think about the cold and the rain as the roofs are fully-tiled and all our pods have underfloor heating. That said, there are always going to be questions and here are some of the most common.

If you have any issues with any aspect of your stay, whether with your pod neighbours, or the accommodation itself, then please allow us to try and resolve these as soon as possible during your stay.
